Characteristic:

This series of vulcanizing press used for production of rubber moulded products and non-model products. The machine is single structure,wide applicability,efficient. This series of press is also used for production of thermosetting plastics,resin,bake lite , thin metal, building materials. Activity templates rapidly rise , slowly lock,fast decline. Templates lock from fast to slow and exhaust from fast to slow can be adjusted independently to enhance the efficiency.While product is vulcanizing the motor is not work, the machine will  automatic supplement pressure and pump stop delay,oil circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable.Exhaust time & frequency , heating temperature , vulcanizing time can be set as requests.This series press has manual and semi-automatic working models.Set up regular way to work of plate vulcanizing machine:step1.way to work of transfer mold step2.Meet the special technical requirements of the rubber.
