Operation process
The operation is carried out according to the listed process.
Press tight filter plate hydraulic pressure retaining, feed filtration, influent washing, diaphragm pressing, relaxation filter plate, artificial pull board slag unloading or automatic drawing board discharging, and the next process is combined with power switch, and the power indicator light is bright.
Start the oil pump according to the start button of the oil pump;
Press the filter plate to press the button and the piston pushes the compression plate to compress all the filter plates. When the electric contact pressure gauge rises to the upper limit of 20Mpa, the rotating switch is automatically kept in the position of "I", the working pressure is kept between 15Mpa-20Mpa, and the feed pump is started to filter the feed.
After the filtration is completed, the inlet valve of the filter is closed, the washing water valve is opened, the filter cake is washed, the water nozzle marked with the washing plate should be closed when the filter is washed; the compressed valve is opened, the diaphragm is inflated to the diaphragm, and the filter cake is pressed again to reduce the water content; the rotary switch to the pressure reduction "0" position, press the pump start button. Then press the filter plate relaxation button to let the pressing plate back to the appropriate position; at this time, the slag can be manually unloaded and the "pull board forward" button is pressed. The plate box will automatically pull the filter plate apart and discharge the slag in turn. After pulling the last filter plate and pulling the plate back to the site, the filter plate and filter cloth can be cleaned and filtered to enter the next filtering work. Ring.
Three operational considerations and equipment maintenance measures:
The filter cloth should be placed flat, and there should be no impurity in the sealing surface.
Before working, check whether the position of the inlet and outlet pipes and valve switches meet the process requirements, and check whether the pipelines and joints of the hydraulic system are intact and without leakage.
Open the motor of the oil pump, tighten the plate and frame tightly, lock the movable compression plate with the locking nut, then close the oil pump.
When feeding, the feed valve should be opened gradually to ensure uniform filtration rate.
Check the turbidity of the filtrate of the outlet valve at any time, such as the turbidity of the filtrate (when the turbidity of the filtrate is normal at the beginning of the pump material) proves that the filter cloth is damaged or not placed well, it should be replaced or replaced in time.
No loosening plate is allowed in the filtration process, and the loose plate is not allowed when the cake temperature is higher than 50 degrees C.
Ensure tightness of connectors, lubrication of sliding parts, cleanliness of all parts of equipment.
30# hydraulic oil is used in the transmission fluid of the hydraulic system. The oil must be "five fixed three filters" before filling oil. The oil must be dry when the hydraulic oil is replaced, and the new oil can be added after proper replacement.
